Thiruvananthapuram: KSRTC has began instructing yoga to its staff for making them behave politely with the passengers. The administration has taken the choice to cut back the stress of the employees and create a wholesome working setting for all.
Consultants in numerous fields are conducting character improvement courses for the KSRTC employees. Yoga courses are performed through the morning and night. Coaching for emergency medical care can also be offered.
The drivers need to attend a three-day-long coaching programme and conductors have to participate within the courses for 2 days.
Aside from yoga and character improvement, the drivers will likely be skilled to observe a nutritious diet based on their responsibility schedule. Driving lecturers and street security consultants will conduct particular courses for the drivers.

At current, coaching is being held for 350 staff within the first batch at Kovalam Animation Centre and Kazhakkoottam Maria Rani Coaching Centre. The courses will conclude on March 31.
